UK delivery

Standard tracked delivery is free for UK orders accepted at checkout. Available destinations and delivery options are shown before payment. If checkout does not accept your delivery address, please contact us before ordering.

Processing and transit

Our current UK-stock clothing collection is arranged for dispatch from a UK fulfilment warehouse. The supplier estimates approximately 1–3 days for processing, followed by 1–3 days in transit. Together, this gives an indicative estimate of around 2–6 days from order to delivery, not a guaranteed delivery date. Some orders take longer; weekends, bank holidays, postcode restrictions and carrier delays may extend this window.

Processing time is additional to transit time: a transit estimate is not the total time from placing your order. Any different product-specific estimate will be shown before purchase. We will contact you if there is a material stock or dispatch problem rather than substitute an overseas shipping route without your agreement.

Tracking and separate parcels

Once dispatch information is available, we will send your tracking details to the email address supplied with your order. Tracking may take time to show the first carrier scan. Products ordered together may arrive in separate parcels; you will not be charged additional standard delivery fees for a split shipment.

Delivery problems

Please check your address carefully and contact info.freedomschoice@gmail.com promptly if it needs correcting. We will try to help, but a dispatched parcel may not be reroutable.

If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. You do not have to resolve a delivery problem directly with our supplier. Photographs can help with damage enquiries, but their absence does not remove your statutory rights.

Unless a different period is expressly agreed, delivery must take place within 30 days. If delivery is late, your legal remedies, including cancellation and a refund where applicable, remain available. Delivery estimates do not override those rights.

Prices and import charges

The UK-stock offer is a domestic UK delivery route. The checkout total shows the product price, applicable taxes and any delivery charges before payment. If a carrier unexpectedly asks for an import payment on such an order, contact us before paying so that we can investigate.

Cancellations and returns

To cancel, email us as soon as possible. Dispatch does not remove your statutory cancellation rights. Please see our Delivery & Returns information for the return process, and our Contact Information for business details.
